Chargend LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the www.chargere.com website and the Chargere mobile application (the “Service”).
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our Service and interactions with you through our websites.

We use your Personal Information for providing and improving the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not want us to process your personal information, please don’t provide us as a result you may not be able to use our website or services or few features.
Our goal is to build a community of Electric Vehicle (“EV”) users, bring industry-leading charging information and a comprehensive products and services to help deliver the EV driving experience as easy as possible.
Information Collection And Use
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your email address, name, phone number, postal address, other information (“Personal Information”). We also collect information from the devices that you use to access our website and services. We may also collect geolocation data captured from GPS-enabled devices that you have authorized, which we use to show you local information on our mobile applications. If you prefer to opt-out of sharing your location with us, please turn off location settings in your device
We collect this information for the purpose of providing the Service, identifying and communicating with you, responding to your requests/inquiries, and improving our services.

User shared data
In our Chargere mobile application, users can browse public charging stations without an account, and users can sign up using only their e-mail and password in order to browse home chargers. Users can choose how much information they wish to display about themselves, and can opt-out anytime. If a user chooses to register to take advantage of the enhanced capabilities of the app, we will collect the user’s personal information, including e-mail address, zip code or other location information, and any biographical information the user wishes to share with the community.
If you post comments, images, and other content to a public-facing page, that personal information (associated with your account) will be publicly viewable. Such pages can include collaboration information that may be searchable by search engines like Google.
Social media
Our websites and services may include social media features or provide direct links to our social media channels. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. We may also link to our websites and services from within social media to permit you to access and further share our websites and services and posts to other websites using your social media login credentials. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our websites and services.
